Solid Color Deck and Siding Finish

If you're considering a solid finish for your deck, fence or siding this is by far the best product on the market.

In the old days it required many hours and expensive labor to properly prep and solid stain a wood deck.

The process was and still is as follows:

1. First clean and prep the deck. Strip off old stain as necessary.
2. Wait 2 days for the wood to dry, sand as necessary and apply an oil based (paint) primer
    to the entire deck.
3. Wait 2 days for the primer to dry and lightly sand any imperfections and then apply the first latex top coat.
4. Wait till dry...usually 1 day, sometimes less, depending on the weather and apply the final finish coat.

You're looking at 4 trips and coating the wood (in effect 3 paint jobs) 3 times!  This is cost prohibitive, but is still the correct way to solid stain wood.  Some homeowners apply a "solid stain" without the prep and primer and in 1 or 2 years they are doing it again. Coat after coat, year after year, and it ultimately fails (peeling, blistering.) Not to mention all the money wasted only to be disappointed once again.

FloodPro Solid Color Deck and Siding Finish is a one of a kind UNIQUE product.

It is an oil primer and acrylic/urethane topcoat in a single application. A rich solid color finish that provides the flexibility, breathability and superior color retention of acrylic and delivers guaranteed performance on high-traffic deck surfaces, siding or any exterior wood surface.
