We call it patio " detailing"
Unlike most $ you spend on home improvements and upkeep, this is one thing that costs very little and really makes a difference in "curb appeal." You spend a small fortune every year to maintain a lawn, have it mowed regularly, bushes trimmed, etc. etc., but if the sidewalks and patios surrounding your home are filthy with green moss and embedded dirt all the neat cutting and trimming in the world won't make it as beautiful as it could be. On the safety side, I can't tell you how many first time customers we have that relate horror stories about someone falling or how slippery it gets on their concrete or slate stoop or stairway, because of green moss. Hey, no apologies-this is not meant to scare you-we just really, really hate moss and dirt.
